The Kentucky woman squirted a stream of her breast milk into the face of the female deputy watching over her while she was changing into a jail uniform. Ms. Tramel’s original arrest was public intoxication which was only a mere misdemeanor offense, and the use of her bio hazard milk cause Toni Tramel assault charges. If it was a male officer, I wonder what the case would be at that point?
